Performance in 10 steps

1) I meet my colleagues and get to know them in a circle.
2) The circle widens and takes up the stage. I meet the others on stage.
3) Through the stage, the cycle turns into group. The team chooses a play, texts or the theme of the show.
4) Under the guidance of the animator, I learn how to walk on stage. Then I learn how to speak.
5) I learn how to feel the rest of the team, not with the eyes on my face but with the eyes of my soul.
6) With the eyes of the soul as my guide, I learn my role.
7) I choose the style of the scenery and the costumes. I determine the course of the play within the team.
8) Its time for the performance. I get exposed.
9) After the show... I celebrate my performance.
10) I Discuss in a circle all that have preceded.
